Radicchio, White Bean and Tuna Salad. 1 cup prepared Cannellini beans. 4 garlic cloves, crushed and Sautéed in olive oil. Fresh radicchio, chopped blanched and pan-fried, or grilled on bbq then chopped. Fresh prepared tuna, or canned. Mix ingredients with additional olive oil and Fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
